RETURN / EXCHANGE

At The Sharp Fox we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we make returns and exchanges as easy as 1-2-3. We accept returns at any time and for any reason! We will provide a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of purchase, on non-sale items. For sale items and anything returned after 30 days, we offer a full store credit. Please only return goods that remain unused and undamaged.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

1) VISIT OUR RETURNS PORTAL BY clicking here
2) Provide your order number and email to print a free shipping label
3) Include the invoice in the box and drop it off at any U.S. Post Office
It’s as easy as that! We will notify you once the package is received, and process your refund, credit and/or exchange right away. Usually takes no more than a few days, once the package is received, and we'll keep you posted along the way. Please note we are unfortunately unable to provide free shipping labels for addresses outside the U.S., so international customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
